These terms apply to everyone who joins a fitness batch, enrols on a course, takes a membership or books a service with Women Worrld — an aerobics & beauty parlour and service & training institute in Guntur. By registering with us, in person or through this website, you agree to them.

1. Who we are
Women Worrld, Guntur, Andhra Pradesh. Our full registered address is on the Contact page.
We run three things under one roof: a women-only fitness studio (aerobics, yoga and Zumba), an academy training beauticians, and a beauty studio. They share one reception, one payment desk and one record of you.
2. Our spaces are women-only
Our floor, changing areas and studio are for women. Our trainers and beauticians are women. This is the point of the business and we ask everyone to respect it.
3. Registration and your account
- Give us accurate details when you register. Your mobile number identifies your record with us, so tell us if it changes.
- One person has one record here, whether you come for yoga, train on a course, or visit the studio. Your history across all three is held together.
- Keep your password private, and tell us at once if you think someone else has it.
- We may refuse or close an account where details are false, fees stay unpaid, or the conduct rules below are broken.
4. Fees and payment
- Every fee is published before you commit, on the relevant class, course, plan or service page. Registration fees, where charged, are always shown separately.
- Payment by UPI is checked by a member of our staff. Uploading a payment screenshot does not confirm your payment or start your membership. Your place becomes active only once we have verified the transaction and approved it — you get a receipt at that moment, and not before.
- Submit the correct transaction reference. The same reference cannot be used twice, and a reference we cannot trace to a payment will be queried.
- We may ask you for clarification before approving a payment, and we will tell you why.
- Fees change from time to time. A change never affects a course, batch or membership you have already paid for.
5. Fitness classes and memberships
- A membership runs for the period stated in the plan, starting the day it is activated. We remind you before it expires.
- Where a plan includes a set number of sessions, unused sessions do not carry into a renewal unless the plan says so.
- A membership is personal to you. It cannot be shared or transferred.
- Class timings change with the season and with demand. We publish the current timetable and give as much notice as we can of any change.
- If we cannot run classes for a stretch of time for a reason within our control, we extend your membership by the same number of days.
6. Courses, batches and attendance
- A place is confirmed once payment is verified and there is capacity. Batches have limited seats, filled in order of confirmed payment.
- Class dates, timings and trainers are published for each batch. A cancelled class is never counted against your attendance.
- Attendance is recorded every session, and you can see your own record at any time.
- Where a batch cannot run, we will move you to another batch of the same course with your agreement, or refund you in full.
7. Certificates
A certificate is issued when all three of these are true:
- your attendance meets the minimum percentage published for that course;
- you have passed any assessment the course requires; and
- your fees are fully paid.
Each certificate carries a unique number and a verification code, and anyone can check it at our verification page. We record who issued every certificate. We may revoke one that was issued in error or obtained through false information, and we record that too.
8. Studio appointments
- Your appointment time is held for you. Please arrive a few minutes early — arriving late may mean a shorter service or rebooking.
- Where a deposit is required, we tell you at the time of booking.
- Give us at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or move an appointment. With that notice your deposit is refunded or held for your next booking. With less notice, or if you do not arrive, we may keep it — the slot and the stylist's time were reserved for you. Full detail is in our Refund Policy.
- Tell us about allergies, skin sensitivities, recent treatments, pregnancy or any medical condition before a service begins. We may decline a service where it would not be safe.
9. Health and safety
- Please talk to a doctor before starting any exercise programme, particularly if you are pregnant, recovering from illness or injury, or have a heart, joint or blood-pressure condition.
- Tell your trainer about anything that affects what you can safely do. Work at your own level, and stop if you feel unwell.
- You take part in physical activity at your own risk and are responsible for staying within your own limits.
- Diet and wellness plans we provide are general wellness guidance. They are not clinical nutrition or medical advice. Where a plan is prepared for you individually, the qualified staff member who prepared it is named on it.
10. Conduct
Treat our staff and other members with respect. Follow trainer instructions, keep the studio clean, and do not photograph or film anyone without their consent. We may ask someone to leave, without refund, for behaviour that puts others at risk or makes the space unwelcoming.
11. Your belongings
Please do not bring valuables. We are not responsible for loss of or damage to personal belongings on our premises, except where the loss is caused by our own negligence.
12. Photography
We sometimes photograph classes and events for our website and social media. Tell reception if you would prefer not to appear and we will not use images of you. You can change your mind at any time and we will stop using them going forward.
13. Our content
Course material, handouts, plans and the content of this website belong to Women Worrld and are for your own learning. Please do not copy, resell or redistribute them.
14. Our responsibility to you
We will provide our services with reasonable skill and care. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited under Indian law. Beyond that, our liability to you is limited to the fees you have paid us for the service concerned.
15. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms; the current version is always here with the date it changed. Where a change materially affects something you have already paid for, the terms that applied when you paid continue to apply to it.
16. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Guntur, Andhra Pradesh have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
17. Talk to us first
If something has gone wrong, tell us — most things are sorted out at reception in a few minutes. Reach us through the Contact page or at info@womenworrld.in.
