This explains what personal information Women Worrld collects, why we hold it, who can see it, how long we keep it and what choices you have. It is written in plain language rather than legal shorthand, because a policy nobody reads protects nobody.

1. Who is responsible
Women Worrld, Guntur, Andhra Pradesh. Our full registered address is on the Contact page.
Contact us about anything on this page through the Contact page or at info@womenworrld.in.
2. What we collect
When you register or enquire
- Your name, mobile number and email address
- Your date of birth and gender, where you give them
- Your address or area, where you give it
- An emergency contact name and number, where you give one
- How you first heard about us
When you pay
- The amount, date and transaction reference
- The payment screenshot or proof you upload, and the name shown on it
- Your receipts and any outstanding balance
We never collect or store your UPI PIN, card number, CVV or bank password. Payment happens inside your own banking or UPI app. We only ever see the reference and the proof you choose to send us.
When you attend
- Which classes, batches and events you attend, and your attendance record
- Your assessment results and any certificate issued to you
- Your salon appointment history and the services you have had
Health and wellness information
If you take a diet or wellness plan, we record height, weight, target weight, your goal, and any health notes or allergies you tell us. Some of this is sensitive. We collect it only to prepare and review your plan, only with your agreement, and only staff involved in your wellness care can see it. You can ask us to delete it at any time and carry on using everything else.
Automatically, when you use this website
- Your IP address and browser type
- A session cookie that keeps you signed in
- Security records, such as failed sign-in attempts
3. Why we hold it
| Reason | What it covers |
|---|---|
| To provide what you asked for | Enrolling you, running your membership, booking your appointment, marking attendance, issuing your certificate |
| To take and confirm payment | Verifying a payment, issuing a receipt, following up an unpaid balance |
| Because the law requires it | Financial and tax records |
| To keep people safe | Emergency contacts, and health notes relevant to a class or service |
| With your consent | Wellness plans, photographs used in publicity, promotional messages |
4. Who can see it
Access inside Women Worrld is limited by role. A trainer sees the members in their own classes and their attendance. Reception sees contact and booking details. Only staff with specific permission can verify a payment, issue a certificate or open a wellness plan. Every change to money, attendance, certificates and accounts is recorded with who made it and when.
Outside Women Worrld, we share information only where we must:
- with our hosting and email providers, who process it on our instructions;
- with our accountants and auditors, for financial records;
- where a college or institution sponsored a programme, confirmation that a named participant attended and completed it;
- where the law or a court requires it.
We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with advertisers.
5. Certificate verification
Certificates carry a code anyone can check at our verification page. That page shows only the name on the certificate, the course, the completion date and the certificate number — nothing else about you. It is how an employer confirms a certificate is genuine. Tell us if you would rather yours were not verifiable this way.
6. How long we keep it
- Financial records — for as long as tax and company law requires.
- Enrolment, attendance and certificate records — long-term, so we can confirm a certificate years later if you or an employer asks.
- Health and wellness information — while you are an active member, and deleted whenever you ask.
- Payment proofs — while needed as evidence of the payment.
- Enquiries that never became customers — a reasonable period, then removed.
7. How we protect it
- Passwords are stored hashed. Neither we nor our staff can read them.
- Uploaded documents and payment proofs are stored outside the public website and served only to staff with permission.
- Access is controlled by role, and sensitive actions are logged.
- The database is backed up regularly.
No system is perfectly secure. If a breach affects your information we will tell you and the relevant authority, as the law requires.
8. Your choices
You can ask us to:
- show you what we hold about you;
- correct anything wrong — you can also update much of it yourself once signed in;
- delete information we no longer need to keep;
- stop promotional messages, at any time;
- withdraw consent you gave earlier, such as for photographs or a wellness plan.
Ask through the Contact page and we will respond within a reasonable period. We may need to confirm who you are first. Some records — financial ones especially — we are required to keep even after a deletion request, and we will tell you when that applies.
9. Cookies
This website uses a session cookie to keep you signed in and a security token to protect forms from misuse. We use no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Blocking cookies will stop you signing in.
10. Children
Where a participant is under 18, we ask a parent or guardian to register them and to give consent. We do not knowingly collect a child's information without it.
11. Messages we send
We send messages about things you asked for — payment confirmations, class reminders, membership expiry, and when a certificate is ready. Those are part of the service. Promotional messages are separate, and stopping them does not affect the rest.
12. Changes
We will update this page when our practices change, with the date at the top. Where a change is significant we will tell you directly.
13. Complaints
Please raise anything about your information with us first, through the Contact page or at info@womenworrld.in. If our response does not satisfy you, you may complain to the relevant data protection authority in India.
