What a first visit looks like

Come in, or send an enquiry and we will call you back. Whichever you choose, the first conversation is about what you actually want — to get fit, to learn a trade, to get ready for a wedding — and not about signing you up to the longest plan on the board.

For fitness, that usually means a single trial class: you meet the trainer, see the room and the equipment, and decide afterwards. For a course, we walk you through the syllabus, the class timings, what the fee covers and what it does not, and what you have to do to earn the certificate. For the studio, you can simply book the treatment you want at the published price.

Nothing is quoted verbally and left there. Fees, plan lengths and service prices are all published on this site, every payment gets a numbered receipt, and a member can sign in to see her own enrollments, attendance and receipts whenever she wants to.

Who trains here

Women from across Guntur and the surrounding area: college students taking a certification between semesters, working women in the early-morning aerobics batch, women returning to exercise after a long gap, and brides who would rather deal with one team than three separate appointments.

Every trainer and every beautician here is a woman, and the floor is women-only throughout — reception, the class rooms, the training floor and the studio. That is not a marketing line; it is the reason most of our members say they joined.
